Logement correspondant aux photos sur l’annonce. Propre de nettoyage joliment rénové mais un peu usée par les locations précédentes (mobilier siège fauteuils).
Literie neuve et très confortable et linge de lit digne d’un hôtel.
Situé au dernier et 4eme étages d’une résidence nous étions 4 sur le même pallier de ce fait le bruit généré par les voisins est audible.
Le logement est accessible par Boite à clé autonome mais la boîte à clé malgré les bonnes explications se trouve dans le noir selon l’horaire et obligation d’utiliser le flash du téléphone pour taper le code. Cela a été notifié au propriétaire.
Je recommande ce logement pour ça proximité avec le tram T1 même pas 1 min à pied qui vous amènera a 3 station du terminus du métro de la ligne 5.

🙂 The apartment was tremendous, had everything you need and more the ability to watch US tv was greatly appreciated, it was clean and close to everything and a great experience to visit local restaurants outside of Paris that were amazing. Gabin was outstanding pizza and burgers and two bakeries, along with grocery stores all within easy walking distance, the train was easy to get into Paris about a 20-25 minute ride and recommend the weekly bus pass (just remember to bring a passport photo with you to get the card and it’s good for 10 years so when you rebook like we will you are all set)

This accommodation is located in Zone 3 of Paris. Although the transportation cost may increase slightly, the price of this accommodation is very affordable and has a high cost-performance ratio. It takes a 15-minute walk to take the RER directly to the city center of Paris, or you can take a bus at the doorstep and transfer to the Metro to reach the city center of Paris. The facilities in the accommodation are also complete, and overall, the environment is very clean. Although there was renovation going on in the building when we stayed, it didn't affect us much as we spent most of our time at various attractions in Paris. This accommodation is a great choice for budget-conscious travelers. The host's instructions were very clear and their responses were prompt, leaving us with a deep impression. Highly recommended for anyone considering traveling to Paris????

The flat was nice to stay in honestly. Could make more effort in the bathroom for the cleaning however the furniture was nice and accurate to the photos. Internet and Tv are working fine.
The host was really nice and reactive at anytime. He was very comprehensive and lenient for my late checkout which I’m really thankful for it.

the apartment is exactly like the photos. very comfortable and clean. very wide rooms and well decorated. it doesn't feel like a rental at all. good appliances in the kitchen. they leave you some coffee for you to prepare your morning coffee, which is great, but no sugar..I drink it without any sugar, so for us that was not a problem.
the agency is great. they answer fast and very helpful. I struggled with the oven and I was helped. kkkkk I was given clear information on how to get to the apartment and how to get the key. very good.
. it's a very calm area and the apartment is very close to the train station, so it makes things easier. however, bare in mind it's a little far from the center of Paris. from the apartment to Quartier latin for example, it takes around 45 minutes and you have to change trains in Magenta, if you've already got the tickets, of course. . but if you intend to go gallery Lafayette it's a single train and it takes around 39 minutes. enjoy!!!

Séjour au top, tout était très propre et conforme à l’annonce. Nous avons passé une super semaine malgré le mauvais temps. L’appartement est grand et très confort, je me suis sentie comme à la maison. Petit bémol au niveau de l’impasse qui est souvent pleine pour se garer…. et des voisins pas très agréables… À part ça je recommande fortement!!

The apartment was as pictured. Very clean and nice floor plan. Noises carry a bit from room to due to many hard surfaces, but not a problem. There was no salt, pepper or oil (the description indicated they were provided) also no paper towels or napkins, wineglasses or corkscrew. The rental agency suggested I purchase a corkscrew, oil, salt and pepper and they would reimburse me. But I departed 9 days later and they were unable to do this without me staying an hour past checkout(not possible) or to refund me by Pay P.or via my checking account which I did not want done(I don’t have Pay P.). Apparently they could not refund 16€ via the credit card I had used. Checking in involves using 2 lock boxes in different locations. Overall I would stay here again as it is a good place to stay. The execution by the managing company could be improved.
